Morinville’s Signature Holiday Celebration
The annual Lite Up the Nite Christmas Festival returns November 27 to 29, 2026, bringing three days of free holiday experiences to Morinville.
The festival includes:
- The Lite Up the Nite Dance Party
- The Festive Family Festival, with live entertainment, crafts, Photos with Santa and Postcards to Santa
- The Lite Up the Nite Parade featuring Santa and Mrs. Claus
- Lite Up the Park
- A spectacular community-wide fireworks display
- The holiday edition of the Flowpoint Fun Skate
Lite Up the Nite welcomed an estimated 4,500 attendees in 2025 and continues to bring families, friends and neighbours together from Morinville and surrounding communities.
